With the continuous improvement of social productivity,the technology of oil exploitation and oil smelting has been developed rapidly,and petroleum products have been widely used in all walks of life.In this context,the chemical industry also ushered in an excellent opportunity for development.In order to further improve the overall competitiveness of China’s chemical industry,it is necessary to ensure the safety of chemical production,and do a good job in the risk research of chemical technology on the basis of the essential safety.This paper will briefly describe the concept of intrinsic safety,explore the basic principle of intrinsic safety,and analyze the importance of chemical process risk assessment,and optimize the process risk identification measures.
