含硫净化装置检维修废水量优化

摘要 为保障净化装置检维修的安全开展,水洗退液及除臭钝化是极其必要的停工处置工序。本文针对某高含硫气田天然气净化装置在停工检维修过程中产生污水量较大的问题,通过优化停工退液程序、开发新的化学清洗工艺、重复利用化学清洗剂等手段,达到减少除盐水用量336吨、化学清洗剂用量627吨、降低检修污水排放近1000吨,缩短停工时间约40小时,使装置的除臭、钝化清洗达到更优的效果。 In order to ensure the safe development of the inspection and maintenance of purification equipment,water washing,liquid removal and deodorization and passivation are extremely necessary shutdown and disposal procedures.In this paper,aiming at the problem of a large amount of sewage produced in the process of shutdown,inspection and maintenance of a natural gas purification plant in a high sour gas field,by means of optimizing shutdown liquid withdrawal procedure,developing new chemical cleaning process and reusing chemical cleaning agent,the consumption of desalted water of 336 tons and chemical cleaning agent of 627 tons is reduced,the discharge of overhaul sewage of nearly 1,000 tons is reduced,and the shutdown time is shortened by about 40 hours,thus better deodorization and passivation cleaning effects are achieved.
