摘要
煤矿矿井规模的不断扩大促进了矿山机械设备的不断更新,皮带运输机作为煤矿井下散装物料运输的主要设备,在煤矿生产运营过程中起到举足轻重的作用。由于井下工作面长度的逐步扩大,皮带传输机的传输距离也在逐步增大,长距离的皮带传输通常出现皮带打滑、断裂、撒料等故障,但因为矿井井下环境较为恶劣,不能对产生的故障及时检修,易造成人身伤害并影响煤矿的生产效率和经济效益。针对这种情况,基于PLC控制系统的皮带运输机故障报警系统被设计,该系统具有故障报警和故障定位的智能诊断功能,将"无人值守"智能化监测变为可能,达到了故障早发现早整修的要求,本文以双皮带连续运输为例,基于PLC控制系统对其故障报警系统进行设计,为相关设备研发提供了参考思路。
The continuous expansion of coal mine scale has promoted the continuous renewal of mining machinery and equipment.Belt conveyor,as the main equipment for transporting bulk materials in coal mines,plays an important role in coal mine production and operation.Due to the gradual expansion of the length of the underground working face,the transmission distance of the belt conveyor is also gradually increasing.Long-distance belt transmission usually has belt slip,fracture,scattering and other faults.However,due to the harsh underground environment,the faults can’t be repaired in time,which easily causes personal injury and affects the production efficiency and economic benefits of coal mines.In view of this situation,the belt conveyor fault alarm system based on PLC control system is designed,which has the intelligent diagnosis functions of fault alarm and fault location,and makes it possible to monitor the faults intelligently,thus meeting the requirements of early detection and repair of faults.Taking double belt continuous transportation as an example,this paper designs the fault alarm system based on PLC control system,which provides reference ideas for the research and development of related equipment.
