水利水电工程水土保持技术审查探讨

Discussion on Technical Review of Water and Soil Conservation in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects

本文针对水电行业水土保持方案管理的最新要求,分别对水利水电项目建设书、初步设计以及可行性研究进行编制规程,对技术管理进行加强,将水电设计项目水土保持方案技术审查原则以及审查所需要的程序和要点,有针对性的制定审查质量保障体系,并对近年来在水利水电工程项目中出现的问题提出相应解决策略。

In this paper,according to the latest requirements of water and soil conservation scheme management in hydropower industry,the construction document,preliminary design and feasibility study of water conservancy and hydropower projects were compiled respectively,and the technical management was strengthened.The principles of technical review of water and soil conservation schemes in hydropower design projects,the procedures and key points needed for the review were formulated,and the corresponding solutions were put forward for the problems in water conservancy and hydropower projects in recent years.
