公共卫生临床中心作为国家健全优化重大疫情救治基地的重要组成部分,承担着区域发生重大疫情时集中救治的任务。本文以安徽省公共卫生临床中心项目为例,根据"平战结合、分层分类、高效协作"的项目特征,结合微创新方法论,重点从安全、有序、弹性、生态四方面进行微创新设计思考。

As an important part of the country's sound and optimized treatment base for major epidemics,the Public Health Clinical Center undertakes the task of centralized treatment when major epidemics occur in the region.This article takes the Anhui Provincial Public Health Clinical Center project as an example,combined with the project characteristics of"combination of peacetime and warfare,hierarchical classification,and efficient collaboration",carries on micro-innovative design thinking focusing on four aspects including safety,order,flexibility,and ecology based on the micro-innovation methodology.
