基于需求相关性的多储存点库存分配优化

摘要 存储于多存储点的多种产品,在备货过程中难免会出现路线交叉重复的现象,本文从分析客户需求规律入手,通过统计考察期内订单需求种类,确定多种产品之间的综合需求相关性,建立基于综合需求相关性的多储存点库存分配模型,采用遗传算法加以分析和求解,确定每种产品在每个存储点中的分配数量。算例结果表明,本文的优化方法能够减少备货时单张订单平均走行的存储点数量,可以成为企业进行多品种多存储点库存分配的依据。
