香港回归以来港人“国家认同教育”的困境及对策研究 被引量:7

摘要 自香港回归以来,由于部分港人的思想认识偏差、反对派的长期阻挠和教育改革的政策局限等方面的原因,包括国民教育、国情教育、“国史”教育、“一国两制”和“基本法”教育在内的“国家认同教育”开展得并不顺利,始终存在着重大遗漏和缺憾。对此,香港社会各界有必要团结一致,从“国家认同教育”的科目、教师、教材和舆论等方面着手填补空白和短板,改进工作,促使“国家认同教育”落到实处,从而巩固“一国两制”成功实践的思想基础、保障“一国两制”在香港行稳致远。 Since Hong Kong's reunification with China,national identity educat ion,including national education,national condition education,national his tory education,“one country,two systems”and“basic law”education,has not been carried out smoothly due to the misconceptions of some Hong Kong people,the long-term obstruction of the opposition and the policy limitations of education reform.In this regard,it is necessary for all sectors of the Hong Kong community to.unite to fill in the gaps and shortcomings in“national identity education”in terms of subjects,teachers,teaching materials and public opinion,and to make improvements,so that“national identity education”can be put into practice,thereby consolidating the ideological foundation for the successful practice of“one country,two systems”and ensuring that the policy is firmly established in Hong Kong.This will strengthen the ideological foundation for the successful practice of“one country,two systems”and ensure that the policy will be implemented in Hong Kong in a stable manner.
