摘要
我国有长达五千年的教育传统,却鲜见较为成熟的教育学建树。其实我国自古以来就形成以“师道”为核心价值观念的师资文化。不仅早在“轴心时代”就萌生“天、地、君、亲、师”观念,并且一脉相传。自唐代韩愈《师说》开始,以“师道”为核心价值观的《师说》之作代有所出,各代遗留的《师说》之作,至少七十篇,更何况自创建农村革命根据地以来,中国共产党领导下的教育事业不仅继承了我国尊师传统,还将师资文化发扬光大。由此萌生一种有待探求的课题,即我国师资文化虽有别于现代教育理论,却有其合理性。
China has an education tradition of more than 5,000 years,but there are few more mature pedagogy achievements.In fact,since ancient times,China has formed a teacher culture with“teacher morality”as its core value concept.The concept of“heaven,earth,monarch,relative,and teacher”originated as early as the“Axial Age”,and passed down in the same vein.Besides,from Han Yu's Teacher's Talk in Tang Dynasty,the core value of“teacher morality”in literary works have been produced from generation to generation,and there are at least more than seventy pieces of works about teacher.What's more,since the founding of rural revolu tionary bases in the Republican Period,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the tradition of respecting teachers was inherited,while teachers'culture was also carried forward.From this point,a subject to be explored arises:although teachers'culture in China is different from modern educational theories,it has its rationality.This article not only attempts to use modern education theories to standardize teachers’culture in China,but also uses teachers'culture in China to standardize modern educational theories,with the evaluation of western educational theories by famous foreign scholars as circumstantial evidences.
