中国传统文化勾勒出了立德树人的整体形象,为理解和实践立德树人提供了历史智慧。中华民族的尚德传统规约了德与才的关系以及人才选用标准,即德与才相互依存,德是人才选用的首要条件,这为立德树人奠定了思想基础。立德树人是一个内涵丰富的词语,由诸多相近词语共同表达出来,在理解时不能拘泥于字面的意思。立德树人包括了交互性和指向性两个方面、五种关系,体现了立德树人的深刻意蕴。立德树人的目标指向六个方面,分别在理想信念、价值追求、奋斗精神、家国情怀、品德修养、综合素质层面回答了培养什么样人的问题。立德树人的实践过程中,教育系统内部和国家社会层面都进行着努力,这些力量共同推动着立德树人的落实。

Chinese traditional culture outlines the overall image of morality-based talent education, and provides historical wisdom for understanding and practicing it. The Chinese tradition of advocating morality stipulates the relationship between morality and talent and the criteria for talent selection, that is, morality and talent depends on each other. Morality is the first condition for talent selection, which lays the ideological foundation for building morality-based talent education. Morality-based talent education is a phrase with rich connotation, and is expressed by many similar words together, and we cannot stick to the literal meaning in understanding. Morality-based talent education includes two aspects and five kinds of relations, which embody the profound meaning of morality-based talent education. The goals of morality-based talent education contain six aspects, which answer the question of what kind of people to cultivate in the aspects of ideal and belief, value pursuit, striving spirit, patriotism, moral cultivation, comprehensive quality, etc. During the practice of morality-based talent education, efforts are made both within the education system and at the national social level, and these forces work together to promote the implementation of morality-based talent education.
