特定五维载荷工况下滚动直线导轨副载荷分布研究 被引量:1

摘要 考虑五维载荷和滚珠精度误差的情况,推导出力和力矩的载荷平衡方程,建立了滚动直线导轨副载荷分布模型。利用Ansys Workbench建立滚动直线导轨副有限元模型,得到的所有滚珠应力应变结果。最终通过仿真分析研究了五维载荷、滚珠精度误差和外载荷对滚动直线导轨副载荷分布的影响。研究结果表明:当工作载荷一定时,五维载荷会使导轨副载荷分布变差;滚珠精度误差会使导轨副载荷分布产生波动,且误差越大,波动越大。 This paper considered the specific condition of 5D loading and ball scale error,the load distribution model of the rolling guides was established.First,the spatial rectangular coordinate system of the rolling guides was established based on the Hertz contact theory,under the five-dimensional load,the relationship between deflection angle and contact angle after deformation was obtained,then the equilibrium equation of force and moment was derived.Then,take a rolling guide as an example,Ansys Workbench was used to establish its finite element model.The stress and strain results of all balls was obtained.Finally,the effects of five-dimensional load and ball scale error on the load distribution of the rolling guides through simulation analysis was obtained,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research on the accuracy sustainability of the rolling guides.
