基于复合权重的模糊物元磨削工艺优化 被引量:3

摘要 为获得最优的机械工件磨削质量,设置最佳工艺参数组合尤为重要。在运用模糊物元分析理论基础上,分别采用层次分析法和灰色关联法计算各评价参数对磨削质量影响的主、客观权重值,建立了兼顾决策者参与性与样本逻辑性的复合权重模糊物元评价模型。利用此模型对工件磨削试验结果进行评价,从而获得多目标评价参数下的最佳工艺参数。实验结果表明,该方法能够简化磨削结果评定步骤,迅速准确地获得最佳工艺参数,评判效率和准确性得到提升。 In order to obtain the best surface quality of mechanical workpiece after grinding,it is very important to set the best combination of process parameters.Based on the Fuzzy matter-element Analysis theory,a Compound Weight Fuzzy Matter-element Evaluation model which takes into account the participation of decision-makers and the logicality of samples is used to establish.The executive weight and objective weight in the composite weight are calculated by APH and GRA respectively.This model is used to evaluate the grinding test results,and the optimal process parameters under multi-objective evaluation parameters are obtained.The experimental results show that the method can simplify the evaluation steps of grinding results,quickly and accurately obtain the best process parameters,and the evaluation efficiency and accuracy are improved.
