摘要
为了解决当前籽瓜的利用仅仅局限于破碎取籽,提高籽瓜的利用率,实现籽瓜的全利用加工生产线的研发。在传统单道打浆机的基础上,设计一种籽瓜双道打浆机,对整机的结构、工作原理和关键部件进行分析。该机主要由电动机带动辊轴,辊轴上的刀片对籽瓜瓜瓤和未分离出去的瓜籽进行一道打浆和二道打浆,使籽瓜汁中瓜瓤的颗粒度变小,固形物的含量降低。对样机进行三因素三水平正交试验,试验结果表明,一道桶体打浆装置和二道桶体打浆装置的电机转速为800 r/min、喂入量为170 kg/min时,打浆机的打浆效果最好,产量可达10 t/h,固形物的含量最低。该机对实现籽瓜全利用加工生产线的设计发挥了极大的作用。
In order to solve the problem that the current use of seed melons is limited to crushing and extracting seeds,improve the utilization rate of seed melons,and realize the research and development of processing production lines for full utilization of seed melons.On the basis of the traditional single-pass beater,a seed-melon double-pass beater was designed,with the structure,working principle and key components of the whole machine analyzed.The machine was mainly driven by a motor to drive a roller.The blade on the roller performed a beating and a second beating on the seed melon flesh and unseparated melon seeds,so that the granularity of the melon flesh in the seed melon juice can become smaller and the solid content can reduced.A prototype was produced through theoretical design,and the prototype was subjected to a three-factor three-level orthogonal test.The test results showed that when the motor speed of one barrel beating device and two barrel beating devices was 800 r/min,the feeding amount was170 kg/min,the beating effect of the beating machine was the best,the output could reach 10 t/h,and the solid content was the lowest.This machine has played a great role in realizing the design of the seed melon processing production line for full utilization of seed melons.
