摘要 该文针对生活垃圾的特点,探讨了生活垃圾焚烧厂的主要工艺流程,分析了生活垃圾焚烧厂的污染特点,包括焚烧烟气成分复杂、臭气源控制难度高、垃圾渗透液污染物浓度高、垃圾渗透液处理系统等。在此基础上,该文探讨了环境影响评价技术要点,包括选址要求、工艺要求、源强估算等。该文认为,在对生活垃圾焚烧厂的环境影响评价过程中,应结合当地规划充分论证项目选址合理性,并通过系统分析焚烧工艺及其产物环节,论证对应各项目污染治理措施有效性,合理确定各类污染源源强,为项目环境影响评价工作提供有力支撑。 According to the characteristics of domestic waste,this paper discusses the main process of domestic waste incineration plant and analyzes the pollution characteristics of domestic waste incineration plant,including complex composition of incineration flue gas,high difficulty in controlling odor source,high concentration of garbage permeate pollutants,garbage permeate treatment system,etc,including site selection requirements,process requirements,source strength estimation,etc.The paper believes that in the process of environmental impact assessment of domestic waste incineration plant,the rationality of project site selection should be fully demonstrated in combination with local planning and the effectiveness of pollution control measures corresponding to each project should be demonstrated through systematic analysis of incineration process and its product links so as to reasonably determine all kinds of pollution source strength and provide strong support for the environmental impact assessment of the project evaluation work.
