高校辅导员群体职业压力现状及调试策略分析

Analysis on the Current Situation and Adjustment Strategy of College Counselors'Occupational Stress

辅导员群体是离大学生最近的人,也是工作最冗杂、工作量最大的一群人。从大一新生入学前较长一段时间内的迎新生准备,到学生毕业离校后各种手续的办理,从早晨到日暮,从周一到周末,从开学到寒暑假,辅导员如同不停歇的陀螺,每一天都在高强度地运转。而近年来持续扩招带来的学生数量的激增,学生思想多元化和德育管理任务的不断加重、辅导员群体职业发展的困境等诸多因素的叠加,导致辅导员群体职业压力感不断升高。该文力求深入剖析我国辅导员群体职业压力的现状及原因,并试图从政府、高校和辅导员个体3个层面着手,对高压现状的调试策略进行分析,力图缓解辅导员群体的职业压力,以备更好地开展高校育人工作。

The group of counselors is the closest to college students,and also the most miscellaneous and workload group.From the preparation of freshmen for a long time before entering school,to the handling of various procedures after graduation,from morning to dusk,from Monday to weekend,from the beginning of school to the winter and summer vacation,counselors are like non-stop gyroscopes,running in high intensity every day.In recent years,the continuous expansion of enrollment has brought about a sharp increase in the number of students,the diversification of students’thoughts,the aggravation of moral education management tasks,the plight of counselors’career development and many other factors,which lead to the increasing occupational pressure of counselors.This paper tries to analyze the current situation and reasons of the counselor group’s occupational pressure in China,and tries to analyze the debugging strategy of high pressure status from the three levels of government,universities and individual counselors,trying to alleviate the occupational pressure of counselors group,in order to better carry out the education work in colleges and universities.
