摘要
大学田径教学训练中体能训练的不足之处包括有不恰当的饮食安排、体能缺乏专项训练、不重视训练后体能恢复、创新训练不足。然而大学田径教学训练中体能训练又很重要,主要体现在:为运动员成绩奠定良好基础;使运动员心理素质得到优化;使运动员控制比赛的能力得到提高;使运动员能够对抗风险。因此,在做体能训练时应遵循循序渐进、建立良好体能状态、具有启发作用、达成实际效果的原则,并且做到对训练项目进行优化、对训练辅助条件进行优化、采用多种训练方法、使体能训练具有灵活性的要点,使得大学田径教学训练中体能训练得到发展与提升。
The shortcomings of physical training in college track and field teaching and training include improper diet arrangements;lack of special physical training;lack of emphasis on physical recovery after training;and insufficient innovative training.However,physical training in college track and field teaching and training is also very important,which is mainly reflected in laying a good foundation for athletes’performance;optimizing athletes’psychological quality;improving athletes’ability to control the game;enabling athletes to fight risks.Therefore,when doing physical training,you should follow the principle of gradual progress,establish a good physical state,have an enlightening effect,and achieve practical results,and optimize training items;optimize training auxiliary conditions;use multiple training methods;improve physical fitness Training has the main points of flexibility,which enables the development and promotion of physical training in university track and field teaching training.
