沧州大学生宿舍人际关系现状调查及教育研究

Investigation and Educational Research on Interpersonal Relationship of College Students in Cangzhou

在大学生活中,学生的大部分时间都需要和室友相处,因此宿舍人际关系变得非常重要。对大学生宿舍人际关系进行审视,能对其人际交往水平、为人处世以及心理健康水平进行客观反映,更为重要的是,构建一个融洽的宿舍同伴关系,将使大学生在潜移默化中具备较强的协作意识和集体精神。鉴于此,该文便利用自编问卷方法,以沧州市内5所大学的2 720名大学生开展调查,以此分析其宿舍人际关系现状,然后依据调查结果,对能够改善大学生宿舍人际关系的教育建议进行探讨。

In college life,students need to get along with roommates most of the time,so dormitory interpersonal relationship becomes very important.To examine the interpersonal relationship of college students’dormitories can objectively reflect their interpersonal communication level,social conduct and mental health level.More importantly,building a harmonious dormitory peer relationship will make college students have a strong sense of cooperation and collective spirit.In view of this,this paper uses the method of self-made questionnaire to investigate 2720 college students from five universities in Cangzhou City so as to analyze the status quo of interpersonal relationship in their dormitories,and then,based on the survey results,discusses the educational suggestions that can improve the interpersonal relationship of college students’dormitory.
