《指南》背景下私立幼儿园教师的专业发展

摘要 幼儿教师专业化发展,是推动幼儿教育发展的前提和保障。目前,私立幼儿园教师专业化水平与公办幼儿园相比,有较大差距,特别是《3~6岁幼儿学习与发展指南》颁布并在幼儿园实施之后,私立幼儿园教师的专业发展显得尤为重要。该文在明确幼儿教师专业发展内涵的基础上,结合当前制约私立幼儿园教师专业发展的因素进行分析,从教育行政部门、幼儿园和教师自身3个方面,提出私立幼儿园教师专业发展的策略。 The professional development of preschool teachers is the premise and guarantee to promote the development of preschool education.At present,there is a big gap between the professional level of private kindergarten teachers and that of public kindergartens.Especially after the publication and implementation of 3~6 Years Old Chidren's Learning and Development Guide,the professional development of private kindergarten teachers is particularly important.On the basis of clarif ying the connotation of preschool teachers'professional development and combining with the analysis of the factors restricting the professional development of private kindergarten teachers,this paper puts forward the strategies for the professional development of private kindergarten teachers from three aspects,namely,the education administration department,the kindergarten and the teachers themselves.
