白僵蚕多糖的含量测定方法

The Determination Method of Polysaccharide Contents in Bombyx batryticatus

为推进白僵蚕的药用开发,研究了白僵蚕多糖含量的测定方法。结果将白僵蚕粉过160目筛,在超声波处理50 min后于100℃下水回流60 min,重复提取2次,可有效地提取白僵蚕多糖。以蒽酮-硫酸试剂显色,用紫外分光光度仪于620 nm波长下比色,可精确、稳定、快速地测定出白僵蚕中多糖含量。

To promote the development of medicinal use of the Bombyx batryticatus,the determination method of the polysaccharide contents of the Bombyx batryticatus is studied.The Bombyx batryticatus powder is passed through a 160-mesh sieve,and after ultrasonic treatment for 50 minutes,the water is refluxed for 60 minutes at 100℃,and the extraction is repeated twice.The polysaccharides of Bombyx batryticatus can be effectively extracted.The color is developed with anthrone-sulfuric acid reagent and compared with ultraviolet spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 620 nm.The polysaccharides of Bombyx batryticatus can be accurately,stably and quickly determined.
