微信聊天自我表扬的人际和谐管理研究 被引量:1

Self-praise in WeChat from the Perspective of Rapport Management Theory

摘要 研究从人际语用学视角出发,探究网络交际中说话人如何通过自我表扬进行人际关系管理。研究基于大学生微信聊天语料,分析出大学生自我表扬的四种主要策略:直接自我表扬、自我表扬加修饰、表面抱怨和转述他人话语。研究发现,从人际和谐管理理论来看,自我表扬暗含说话人的交际目标,体现说话人对自身素质面子和社交身份面子的维护;它遵守了交往原则,但违反了平等原则。自我表扬对人际和谐具有维护与增强的正面效果,也可能产生忽视与挑战的负面影响。研究为考察自我表扬相关课题提供了新的视角,拓展了人际语用学的研究范畴。 Based on the interpersonal rapport management, this study explores how speakers manage their interpersonal relationship through self-praise in online communication. Data analysis reveals that college students adopt in their We Chat four major strategies of self-praise: self-praise bald on record, self-praise plus modification, self-praise as a complaint and self-praise through reporting. It is found that self-praise is a speech act with which the speaker’s quality face and social identity face are maintained, the equity principle violated but the association principle abided by, and the communication goals achieved. This study provides a new understanding of self-praise in We Chat and furthers the interpersonal pragmatic study.
