摘要
本文以某船用大功率发电机为例,建立了电机的流场和温度场三维耦合模型。基于流体动力学软件FLUENT,得到了电机稳定运行时的流场以及温度分布情况。通过对计算结果进行分析,在此基础上对通风结构进行了优化,有效降低了电机温升,为船用大功率发电机通风及热分析提供参考。
Aiming at a certain marine large power generator,the fluid field and temperature field 3D coupling model of the marine high-power generator is established.The fluid field and temperature field distribution in stable operation of the generator are obtained using the fluid dynamic software FLUENT.The ventilation structure of the generator is optimized based on the analysis of the calculation results,which effectively reduces the temperature rises of the generators.The analysis in this paper could provide guidance for design of the ventilation and thermal control for marine high-power generators.
