乡村振兴战略下河南省远程高等教育畜牧业人才培养研究

Research on Animal Husbandry Talents Training of Distance Higher Education in Henan Province under Rural Revitalization Strategy

为探索实施乡村振兴战略背景下畜牧业人才的远程高等教育的改革方案,在对学习者学情充分调研的基础上,分析了目前畜牧业人才远程高等教育存在着经费投入不足、学习者的自主学习意识不强、培养目标与产业发展需求不适应、培养模式简单等方面的问题。指出,畜牧业人才远程高等教育必须通过不断的优化人才培养方案、建立教学团队、引进先进的教学技术等措施来提高人才培养质量,必须不断深化教学改革,积极适应时代发展和行业需求的变化,以学习者为中心持续提升教学质量,注重畜牧业人才创新和创业能力的培养,才能为乡村振兴和畜牧业振兴提供人才支持。

In order to explore the reform scheme of distance higher education of animal husbandry talents under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,based on the full investigation of learners'learning situation,the problems of current distance higher education of animal husbandry talents were analyzed,such as insufficient funding,weak self-learning consciousness of learners,unsuitable training objectives and industrial development needs,simple training mode,etc.This paper points out that the long-distance higher education of animal husbandry talents must improve the quality of personnel training by constantly optimizing personnel training programs,establishing teaching teams,introducing advanced teaching technology and other measures.It is necessary to deepen the teaching reform,actively adapt to the changes of the development of the times and the needs of the industry,take learners as the center,continuously improve the quality of teaching,and pay attention to the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurial ability of animal husbandry talents,so as to provide talent support for rural revitalization and animal husbandry revitalization.
