夏河县基层动物防疫工作的现状及对策建议

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Animal Epidemic Prevention at Grass-roots Level in Xiahe County

近年来,夏河县深入实施“畜牧稳县”战略,大力培育高原特色生态畜牧业,全县畜牧业依托良好的地理优势、得天独厚的天然草地和丰富的人工饲草料基地建设,实现了牦牛产业数量快速增长、质量明显提升、效益保持稳定的良好发展势头,形成了畜群结构合理、生产方向明确的专业化养殖布局,因此做好基层动物防疫工作是确保畜牧业健康稳步发展的重要保障,笔者根据多年的实际工作经验,就如何做好基层动物防疫工作提几点意见。

In recent years,Xiahe county has deeply implemented the strategy of“stabilizing the county by animal husbandry”and vigorously cultivated ecological animal husbandry with plateau characteristics.Relying on good geographical advantages,advantaged natural grassland and rich artificial forage base construction,the county's animal husbandry has achieved a good development momentum of rapid growth in the number of yak industry,significant improvement in quality and stable benefit,and formed a professional breeding layout with reasonable herd structure and clear production direction.Therefore,doing a good job of animal epidemic prevention at the grass-roots level is an important guarantee to ensure the healthy and steady development of animal husbandry.Based on years of practical work experience,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to do a good job of animal epidemic prevention at the grass-roots level.
