A Historical Investigation of the CPC'S Thought on the All-round Development of Human Beings

中国共产党在带领中国人民进行不懈奋斗的一百年来,始终高度重视人的全面发展问题。在新中国成立以来的不同时期,中国共产党对人的全面发展的认识逐步深化,优化丰富了人的全面发展的具体内涵:在社会主义过渡时期和建设时期,先后提出了“五爱”标准、“三好”要求、“有社会主义觉悟有文化”“又红又专”等一系列要求以培养全面发展的人;进入改革开放的历史新时期,以“四有”新人、“四个统一”“四个新一代”进一步诠释了人的全面发展的具体内涵;党的十八大以来,以“培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人”作为培养全面发展的人的具体目标。

The CPC has always attached great importance to the all-round development of human beings in the past 100 years of leading the Chinese people in unremitting struggle.In different periods,the CPC has gradually deepened its understanding of the all-round development of human beings and enriched the concrete connotation.In the period of socialist transition and construction,the CPC has successively put forward a series of requirements,such as“Five love standard”,“Three good requirements”,“Socialist consciousness and culture”,"Red and expert".In the new historical period of reform and opening up,the CPC has further interpreted the specific connotation of the all-round development of human beings,such as"New persons with four haves",“Four unifications”and“Four new generations”.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC takes the training of new people who take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation as the specific goal of training people with all-round development.
