南疆农村地区脱贫群众思想脱贫问题的探究

Thoughts on the Problem of Out of Poverty Masses in the Rural Areas of Southern Xinjiang

党的十八大以来,在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下,在全党全国全社会共同努力下,我国脱贫攻坚战取得了全面胜利,完成了消除绝对贫困的艰巨任务。同时,在全面推进乡村振兴战略的过程中,解决发展不平衡不充分问题、缩小城乡区域发展差距、实现人的全面发展和全体人民共同富裕仍然任重道远,尤其需要我们在扶志、扶智上做大量工作,在脱贫群众精神风貌焕然一新的基础上真正实现思想脱贫。近年来,南疆地区在扶志、扶智上做了很多工作,并取得了显著成效。但思想的变化不是一蹴而就的,是一个循序渐进的过程。当前,南疆农村地区脱贫群众在一定程度上还存在依赖懒惰思想、思维方式相对保守固化、接受新鲜事物相对较慢、市场意识比较欠缺、教育理念滞后等问题,改变南疆农村地区脱贫群众思想贫困的现状,必须综合用力,要从加强宣传引导、完善帮扶方式、夯实基层组织、培育文明乡风等方面着力。

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,under the firm leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,under the joint efforts of the whole Party,the whole country and the whole society,China has achieved a comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty,and has accomplished the arduous task of eliminating absolute poverty.At the same time,in the process of promoting the rural revitalization strategy,we still have a long way to go to solve the problem of unbalanced development,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,and realize the all-round development of human beings and the common prosperity of all the people.In particular,we need to do a lot of work in supporting the will and wisdom,and truly realize the ideological poverty alleviation on the basis of the new spirit of the masses.In recent years,Southern Xinjiang has done a lot of work in supporting the local people's will and wisdom,and achieved good results.But the change of thought is not achieved overnight,it is a gradual process.At present,the poor people in the rural areas of Southern Xinjiang still have some problems,such as relying on lazy thinking,relatively conservative way of thinking,relatively slow acceptance of new things,lack of market awareness and lagging education concept.To change the current situation,we must make comprehensive efforts,from strengthening ideologcal guidance,improving the way of helping.consolidating the grass-roots organizations,cultivating civilized local customs and other aspects.We should pay more attention to the level of organization and the cultivation of civilized rural style.
