摘要
结合工程实例,对回收煤炭焦化工艺中焦炉煤气初冷器冷却水余热用于集中供热的工艺及减排效果进行分析,介绍干熄焦发电排汽余热(作为备用低温热源)回收工艺。1个供暖期可回收初冷器冷却水余热132.67×10^(4)GJ,与采用热效率为0.9的燃气锅炉提供该部分热量相比,可节省天然气4024.33×10^(4)m^(3),可减排二氧化碳8.27×10^(4)t。
Combined with an engineering example,the process of recovering the waste heat from cooling water of coke oven gas primary cooler in coal coking process for central heating and its emission reduction effect are analyzed,and the recovery process of waste heat from exhaust steam of coke dry quenching power generation(as a backup low-temperature heat source)is introduced.One heating period can recover 132.67×10^(4) GJ of residual heat from the cooling water of the primary cooler.Compared with the use of a gas boiler with a thermal efficiency of 0.9 to provide this part of the heat,it can save 4024.33×10^(4) m^(3) of natural gas and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 8.27×10^(4)t.
