Safety Protection Measures for Buried Gas Pipeline with Insufficient Net Distance

老旧小区改造过程中,新建燃气管道与现状其他管线之间的净距有时难以满足现行标准的要求。提出提高燃气管道安全等级(包括增加管道壁厚、加强焊口检验、提高管道防腐等级、提高管道材质等级)、管道隔离(包括设置套管、隔墙、绝缘板、保护钢板)、对PE燃气管道进行隔热处理、加强管理等安全防护措施,给出具体做法。

In the process of reconstruction of old community,the net distance between new gas pipeline and other existing pipelines sometimes cannot meet the requirements of current standards.It is proposed to improve the safety level of gas pipeline(including increasing the wall thickness of the pipeline,strengthening welded inspection,improving the anti-corrosion grade of the pipeline and improving the material grade of the pipeline),pipeline isolation(including setting casing,partition wall,insulating plate and protective steel plate),heat insulation treatment of PE gas pipeline and management and so on.The specific practices are given.
