摘要
介绍常规的LNG接收站码头循环工艺及运行控制,针对存在的问题,对码头循环工艺及控制方式进行优化,将产生的高焓值LNG直接外输,不流回储罐,避免了储罐内热量聚集和大量BOG产生。对码头循环运行能耗进行计算。结合实际案例,对优化前后2种方案的能耗进行比较,发现随着卸船总管长度增大,优化后方案比优化前方案的总节能量逐渐增大,优化后方案的节能效果明显。码头循环管道控制方式的优化能够保证再冷凝器及下游低压输送总管压力稳定,更利于接收站安全、高效、平稳运行。
The jetty cycle process and operation control of conventional LNG receiving terminal are introduced.In view of the existing problems,the jetty cycle process and operation control are optimized,and the high enthalpy LNG produced is directly transported out without flowing back to the storage tank,which avoids the heat accumulation in the storage tank and the generation of a large amount of BOG.The energy consumption of jetty cycle operation is calculated.Combined with the actual case,the energy consumption of the two schemes before and after optimization is compared.It is found that with the increase of the length of the ship unloading main pipe,the total energy-saving power of the optimized scheme is gradually increased compared with that of the pre-optimization scheme,and the energy-saving effect of the optimized scheme is obvious.The optimization of the jetty cycle pipeline control mode can ensure the pressure stability of the re-condenser and the downstream low-pressure transmission main pipe,which is more conducive to the safe,efficient and stable operation of the receiving terminal.
