摘要
检重秤是一种高速高准确度的质量分类自动秤,它根据预包装分立产品检测的重量值进行产品分选或从生产线中分离出不合格的产品。检重秤的称重功能是由承载器完成的,本文从理论上分析了分立产品依次通过承载器的受力过程,并将称重过程理论分析结果用于数据采样时间及产品间距的计算。
Checkweigher is a kind of high speed and high accuracy automatic weighing scale for quality classification.It sorts products or separates unqualified products from the production line according to the weight value of pre packaged discrete products.The weighing function of the checkweigher is completed by the carrier.In this paper,we analyze the stress process of discrete products passing through the carrier in turn theoretically,and we use the theoretical analysis results of weighing process are calculate the data sampling time and product spacing.
