关于建立高炉炉下轨道衡临时标准车重量的探讨研究

Discussion on the Establishment of the Weight of the Temporary Standard Car for the Track Scale Under the Blast Furnace

轨道衡在韶钢的应用十分广泛,不仅有物资进出厂用的计量动态轨道衡,也有高炉炉下出铁铁水静态轨道衡,以及厂际间铁水计量动态轨道衡等。为了确保轨道衡的计量准确可靠,量值传递溯源合法合规,为生产提供精准的称量数据,衡器检定人员掌握建立轨道衡计量器具临时检定校准用标准车尤为重要。本文针对高炉炉下轨道衡临时标准车辆重量建立进行探讨研究。

Track scale is widely used in Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,including not only the dynamic track scale for materials in and out of the plant,but also the static track scale for hot metal under the blast furnace and the dynamic track scale for hot metal measurement between plants.In order to ensure the accurate and reliable measurement of the track scale,the legal and compliance of the value transmission traceability,and provide accurate weighing data for production,it is particularly important for the weighing instrument verification personnel to master the establishment of the standard vehicle for temporary verification and calibration of the track scale measuring instruments.In this paper,we discuss the establishment of the temporary standard vehicle weight of the track scale under the blast furnace.
