摘要
为实现数字电子秤准确称量,本文针对数字电子秤数据常发生漂移、稳定性差、精度低等问题,提出了一种基于低通滤波器的高精度电子秤;首先建立了基于电阻应变片传感器的数字电子秤系统传递函数,然后设计了低通滤波器的相关参数,最后建立了数字电子秤的MATLAB模型,通过MATLAB仿真表明基于低通滤波器的数字电子秤抗干扰能力强,性能稳定,能够有效的满足国家规定的三级电子秤的相关要求。
In order to realize the accurate weighing of digital electronic scale,aiming at the problems of data drift,poor stability and low accuracy of digital electronic scale,a high-precision electronic scale based on low-pass filter is proposed.Firstly,the transfer function of digital electronic scale system based on resistance strain gauge sensor is established,and then the relevant parameters of low-pass filter are designed,Finally,the MATLAB model of the digital electronic scale is established.The MATLAB simulation shows that the digital electronic scale based on low-pass filter has strong anti-interference ability and stable performance,and can effectively meet the relevant requirements of the national three-level electronic scale.
