Optimization Design of Scrap Scale Limit in No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Xinyu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd

本文介绍了新钢第二炼钢厂废钢秤平时工作中的常见故障现象,并对废钢秤结构特点、使用方式、检修维护三个方面进行分析,找出传感器损坏的原因,对废钢秤限位进行优化设计,解决了因传感器侧向受力严重易损坏的问题。

This paper introduces the common faults of scrap steelyard in No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Xinyu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and analyzes the structure characteristics,use mode and maintenance of scrap steelyard,we find out the cause of sensor damage,optimize the design of scrap scale limit,and solve the problem of sensor damage due to serious lateral force.
