公共生活视角下公共建筑外部空间的使用问题分析

Analysis on the Use of External Space of Public Buildings from Perspective of Public Life

公共建筑外部空间是城市公共开放空间的重要组成部分。其尺度适宜且随处可见,具有容纳公共生活的良好潜质。当前传统公共开放空间无法满足人们日益增长的公共生活需求,所以有必要挖掘公共建筑外部空间资源。文章通过文献梳理、现场调研,对公共建筑外部空间进行了范围界定,并从公共生活视角出发总结出其存在的五大问题:空间开放性不足、空间功能配置单一、空间识别性不强、空间舒适度较低、空间人性化不足,为公共建筑外部空间优化设计提供研究基础。

The external space of public buildings is an important part of urban public open space,which has good potential to accommodate public life due to its suitable scale and easy visibility.At present,the traditional public open space can not meet the growing needs of public life,so it is necessary to tap the external space resources of public buildings.The paper adopts the method of literature review and field investigation to define the scope of the external space of public buildings and summarizes five problems from the perspective of public life:lack of openness,single function configuration,weak space identification,low comfort and lack of humanization.This paper provides a research basis for the optimization design of the external space of public buildings.
