城市轨道交通危险废物贮存设施设计探讨

Discussion on Design of Hazardous Waste Storage Facilities in Urban Rail Transit

城市轨道交通运营在为社会公众提供便利交通条件的同时,也产生一定数量的危险废物。现行设计规范暂无城市轨道交通工程危险废物贮存设施设计的具体规定及要求,车辆基地危险废物的贮存条件和贮存方式存在较大的差别,危险废物贮存及管理不规范的情况较为常见。基于对城市轨道交通运营期危险废物种类、特性及产量的调研、识别、分析,提出城市轨道车辆基地危险废物的贮存设施设计建议,为城市轨道交通危险废物的科学化、精细化、规范化管理提供参考。

The operation of urban rail transit not only provides convenient transportation conditions for the public,but also produces certain amount of hazardous waste.There are no specific regulations and requirements in terms of design of hazardous waste storage facilities in urban rail transit engineering in the current design specifications.There are great differences in the storage conditions and storage methods of hazardous waste in vehicle bases and that the storage and management of hazardous waste are widely not standardized.Based on the investigation,identification and analysis of the types,characteristics and output of hazardous waste during the operation period of urban rail transit,suggestions on the design of hazardous waste storage facilities in urban rail transit vehicle base are put forward,providing reference for scientific,refined and standardized management of hazardous waste in urban rail transit.
