文章对张昱教授运用祛风法治疗肾病蛋白尿的临证经验。肾病蛋白尿形成的主要病机为风邪扰肾,风邪是其发病的主要病理因素,并贯穿疾病发展的始末。正气不足,邪气内伏,迁延日久致邪毒内盛,损伤肾络,肾失封藏,精微外泄,最终导致气虚血瘀。张昱教授从医20余载,在治疗慢性肾病方面经验丰富,成效颇丰。其临床善用祛风法治疗肾病蛋白尿,现通过病因病机、治则治法、祛风常用配伍药对、验案举隅4方面探析其临床治疗经验。

This article sorts out the commonly used drugs used by Professor Zhang Yu to treat nephrotic proteinuria by using the method of dispelling wind.The main pathogenesis of proteinuria in nephropathy is that wind pathogens disturb the kidneys,and wind pathogens are the main pathological factor of the disease,which runs through the beginning and the end of the disease.Insufficient righteous qi,evil qi is inwardly hidden,prolonged for a long time to cause evil toxins to accumulate,damage the kidney collaterals,kidneys are not sealed the essence leaks out,and ultimately lead to qi deficiency and blood stasis.Professor Zhang Yu has been in medicine for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in the treatment of chronic kidney disease and has achieved fruitful results.His clinical good use of the method of dispelling wind to treat proteinuria in nephropathy,and the analysis of his clinical treatment experience through four aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and treatment methods,commonly used compatibilities for dispelling wind,and examples of proven cases.
