耳穴埋籽预防妇科肿瘤患者化疗所致恶心呕吐的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of seed-burying in auricular point on preventing chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in gynecological cancer patients

目的观察分析耳穴埋籽预防妇科肿瘤患者化疗所致恶心、呕吐的临床疗效。方法选取2019年2月—2020年6月期间于中国医科大学肿瘤医院辽宁省肿瘤医院行化疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者90例,以随机抽签法分为治疗组45例和对照组45例,对照组化疗前给予盐酸帕洛诺司琼注射液及注射用泮托拉唑钠治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上施以耳穴埋籽法。观察两组患者治疗后恶心、呕吐及患者满意度情况。结果治疗后治疗组恶心、呕吐预防效果总有效率为95.56%(43/45),对照组为73.33%(33/45),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后治疗组恶心、呕吐、食欲减退症状积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后治疗组总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋籽对妇科肿瘤患者化疗所致的恶心、呕吐症状预防疗效显著,可使化疗患者减轻痛苦,提高满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of seed-burying in auricular point on preventing chemotients who underwent chemotherapy from February 2019 to June 2020 in the No. 1 gynecological ward of the Cancer Hospital of China Medical University and the Cancer Hospital of Liaoning Province were selected,and randomly divided into observation group(45 patients)and control group(45 patients). The control group was given Palonosetron Hydrochloride Injection and Pantoprazole Sodium for Injection before chemotherapy,and the observation group was given seed-burying in auricular point method on the basis of the control group. Then record and analyze the nausea and vomiting of the two methtreatment group and 73. 33%(33/45)in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0. 05). After treatment,the total satisfaction of the two groups of patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in patients with gynecological tumors,which can relieve the pain of chemotherapy patients and improve their satisfaction.
