摘要
介绍了液态可喷涂型阻尼隔音材料和尼龙堵盖的特性和作用机制。研究了液态可喷涂型阻尼隔音材料和尼龙堵盖热熔胶材料的兼容性问题,并通过整车涉水试验和尼龙堵盖子系统试验进行验证。结果表明:液态可喷涂型阻尼隔音材料用于改善整车NVH表现和车内空气质量的新工艺存在一定局限性;为保持车身设计稳健性,液态可喷涂型阻尼隔音材料在施工过程中,其喷涂轨迹需要规避带热熔胶环的尼龙堵盖。
The characteristics and mechanism of LASD and nylon plug were introduced.The compatibility of LASD and EVA nylon plug was studied,and verified by test.The results show that there are some limitations in the new technology of LASD used to improve vehicle NVH performance and interior air quality;in order to maintain the robustness of vehicle body design,the spraying track of LASD needs to avoid EVA nylon plug in the construction process.
