摘要
为了减少碰撞试验中假人异常数据对假人伤害评价带来的干扰,通过对试验数据和试验视频进行分析和试验验证,研究了SID-Ⅱs假人肩部加速度曲线异常原因,发现SID-Ⅱs假人肩部加速度曲线异常的原因是由于试验过程中假人肩部肋骨撞击上下挡板/胸椎产生的。研究结果表明:当前的SID-Ⅱs假人肩部结构存在一定的缺陷,在某些碰撞工况下,加速度信号会不可避免地出现一些异常,假人公司在后续应进一步完善SID-Ⅱs假人肩部结构。
In order to reduce the crash test dummy abnormal data on the disturbance of dummy damage evaluation,through the analysis of experiment data and video and test,the SID-Ⅱs false abnormal reason people shoulder the acceleration curve was studied,it was found that the SID-Ⅱs dummy shoulder acceleration curve was causeed by dummies shoulder ribs in the process of impact and baffle/thoracic vertebra.The results show that the current SID-Ⅱs dummy shoulder structure has certain defects,in some collision conditions,acceleration signal will inevitably be some abnormal,dummy company in the subsequent should further perfect the SID-Ⅱs dummy shoulder structure.
