摘要
介绍汽车支撑配件在使用中因振动而产生疲劳失效现象及目前国内相关研究的现状。通过对典型的支撑件试样采用定频试验的方法进行振动疲劳试验,得出系列的实验数据,结合试样的浇注温度和浇注时间进行分析,得出发生疲劳断裂失效的主要原因为其内部存在孔洞所致,并有针对性地对支撑配件在压铸生产过程提出了相应的改进措施。
The fatigue failure phenomenon caused by vibration in the use of auto support parts and the current situation of domestic related research were introduced.Vibration fatigue tests on the support parts were performed by using the fixed frequency test method,and a series of experimental data were obtained.Combined with the pouring temperature and pouring time of the samples,it was analyzed that the main cause of fatigue fracture failure was the existence of holes inside.As a result,corresponding improvement measures is proposed for support parts in the die-casting production process.
