基于SPC理论、蒙特卡洛算法等常用统计工具,对国内主流车企尺寸匹配零件交样指标从评价全面性、可操作性以及宽严程度等几个维度开展对比研究,探索更适用于当前国内零件厂家测量能力、制造水平的交样指标要求,取得良好的效果。

Based on the control chart, Monte Carlo algorithm and other common statistical tools, a comparative study was made on thesample delivery index requirements of domestic mainstream automobile enterprises from the aspects of evaluation comprehensiveness, operability,and strictness degree, and the sample delivery index requirements that were more suitable for the measurement capacity and manufacturinglevel of domestic parts manufacturers were explored, and achieved good results.
