环保变革型领导对员工亲环境行为的作用机理 被引量:5

摘要 引导员工助力企业可持发展是时代赋予企业领导者新的工作重点。以社会信息加工理论为基础,构建环保变革型领导通过环保自我担当与组织绿色氛围作用于员工亲环境行为的双中介模型。基于646份员工有效问卷数据,采用Bootstrap、层级回归等方法对模型进行实证检验。结果表明:(1)环保变革型领导对员工亲环境行为存在正向影响;(2)环保自我担当、组织绿色氛围分别在环保变革型领导对员工亲环境行为的正向影响中起部分中介作用,且两者起到共同中介作用;(3)面子意识显著正向调节环保自我担当对员工亲环境行为的正向影响,但在组织绿色氛围对员工亲环境行为正向影响中的调节作用不显著。 Guiding employees to help the sustainable development of the enterprise is a new priority given to leaders by the times.Based on 646 employee questionnaires,the purpose of this article is to explore the mechanism of green transformational leadership on employee pro-environmental behavior in the Chinese context.Based on the theory of social information processing,the internal subjective factors and external environmental factors are integrated to construct a dual intermediary model for green transformational leaders to act on their pro-environmental behaviors through environmental protection and environmental protection.The model was empirically analyzed using Bootstrap and hierarchical regression.The results show that:green transformational leadership has a positive impact on Employees’environmental behavior;environmental self-responsibility and perceived organizational green atmosphere are partially intervened in the positive impact of green transformational leadership on Employees’pro-environmental behavior role,and the two play a common intermediary role;face consciousness significantly positively regulates the positive relationship between environmental self-responsibility and Employees’pro-environmental behavior,but does not significantly regulate the positive relationship between perceived green work climate.and Employees’pro-environmental behavior.
