摘要 目的了解济南市医疗机构口腔综合治疗台诊疗用水污染状况,为提高口腔用水质量提供依据。方法无菌方法采集医疗机构口腔诊疗用水,进行细菌菌落计数。结果共采集95所医疗机构口腔诊疗用水样590份,细菌菌落总数≤100 cfu/mL的330份,占比55.93%,101~500 cfu/mL占比为18.31%,501~1000 cfu/mL占比为10.34%,1001~5000 cfu/mL占比为13.56%,5001 cfu/mL以上的占比1.86%。水源水、储水罐水、手机喷水和冲洗水合格率分别为79.51%、51.30%、47.75%和50.86%(P<0.01),菌落总数中位数分别为5 cfu/mL、90 cfu/mL、125 cfu/mL、98 cfu/mL(P<0.01)。三级、二级、一级医院和个体口腔诊所水样合格率分别为65.12%、78.69%、53.49%和52.00%(P<0.01);菌落总数中位数分别为59 cfu/mL、2 cfu/mL、39 cfu/mL、89 cfu/mL(P<0.01)。结论2019年济南市医疗机构口腔诊疗用水合格率较低,为55.93%,手机喷水合格率为47.75%;不同级别医疗机构口腔诊疗用水污染程度存在差异,个体口腔诊所诊疗用水合格率较低,需引起相关部门重视。 Objective To understand the water pollution of diagnosis and treatment in the comprehensive treatment table of stomatology in Jinan medical institutions,and to provide basis for improving the quality of oral water.Methods Aseptic method was used to collect water for oral diagnosis and treatment in medical institutions and count bacterial colonies.Results A Total of 590 water samples were collected for oral diagnosis and treatment in 95 medical institutions,330 of which were bacterial colonies≤100 cfu/mL,accounting for 55.93%,the proportion of 101~500 cfu/mL was 18.31%,that of 501~1000 cfu/mL was 10.34%,that of 1001~5000 cfu/mL was 13.56%,and that of more than 5001 cfu/mL was 1.86%.The qualified rates of source water,storage tank water,mobile phone spray water and washing water were 79.51%,51.30%,47.75%and 50.86%respectively(P<0.01).The median of the total number of colonies was 5 cfu/mL,90 cfu/mL,125 cfu/mL and 98 cfu/mL respectively(P<0.01).The qualified rate of water samples from grade three,grade two,grade one hospitals and individual dental clinics were 65.12%,78.69%,53.49%and 52.00%respectively(P<0.01);the median of total bacterial count was 59 cfu/mL,2 cfu/mL,39 cfu/mL and 89 cfu/mL respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion In 2019,the qualified rate of water for oral diagnosis and treatment in Ji’nan medical institutions was low,which was 55.93%,and the qualified rate of mobile phone water spraying was 47.75%.Different levels of medical institutions have different levels of water pollution,and the qualified rate of individual dental clinic water is low,which needs to be paid attention to by relevant departments.
