温阳通痹汤联合艾灸足三里治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Wenyang Tongbi Decoction Combined WithMoxibustion on Zusanli on Degenerative Knee Arthritis

目的观察和探讨温阳通痹汤联合艾灸足三里对退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择于2017年1月—2019年12月来本院治疗退行性膝关节炎的80例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组40例患者。对照组给予艾灸足三里治疗,观察组给予艾灸足三里联合温阳通痹汤治疗,观察对比两组患者的国际骨关节炎评分标准(Lequesne-Mery)、VAS评分和临床有效率。结果治疗后,观察组的Lequesne-Mery评分均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组的运动时和压痛点的VAS评分均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者的临床总有效率为85.0%,显著优于对照组患者的65.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳通痹汤联合艾灸足三里治疗退行性膝关节炎疗效确切,显著改善临床症状。

Objective To observe and discuss the effect of Wenyang Tongbi decoction moxibustion at Zusanli on degenerative knee arthritis.Methods 80 patients with degenerative knee arthritis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table,observation group and control group,each group had 40 patients.The control group was treated with moxibustion Zusanli,the observation group was treated with moxibustion Zusanli combined with Wenyang Tongbi decoction,and the Lequesne Mery score,VAS score and clinical efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Lequesne-Mery scores of the observation group was lower than of the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS scores during exercise and tenderness of the observation group were very lower than the control group(P<0.05).The clinically total effective rate of the drug was 85.0%,better than the 65.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyangtongbi decoction combined with moxibustion on Zusanli is Wenyang Tongbi of degenerative knee arthritis,improve the clinical symptoms.
