程序化疼痛护理改善化脓性阑尾炎患者术后疼痛的效果

Effect of Programmed Pain Nursing on Postoperative Pain of Patients With Suppurative Appendicitis

目的探析程序化疼痛护理对降低化脓性阑尾炎患者术后疼痛的价值。方法2017年9月—2019年9月,在医院接受手术治疗的化脓性阑尾炎患者中选取60例,以住院先后顺序为依据均衡分为两组,对照组、观察组各30例,干预时,对照组接受常规方法,观察组在其基础上加程序化疼痛护理,对比干预效果。结果经干预后,观察组术后8 h、16 h、24 h VAS评分较对照组低,平均睡眠时间较对照组长,住院、下床的时间较对照组短,满意度较对照组高,SAS、SDS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论将程序化疼痛护理给予化脓性阑尾炎患者,可显著改善其术后疼痛,延长睡眠时间,缩短下床、住院时间,缓解患者不良情绪,提升满意度。

Objective To explore the value of programmed pain nursing in reducing postoperative pain of patients with suppurative appendicitis.Methods From September 2017 to September 2019,60 patients with suppurative appendicitis who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected and evenly divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization, 30 cases in control group and 30 cases in observation group.During the intervention, the control group was received routine methods, whilethe observation group was received programmed pain nursing based on them,and the intervention effect was compared. Results After intervention, theobservation group had lower VAS scores at 8 h, 16 h, and 24 h after surgerythan the control group. The average sleep time was longer than that of thecontrol group. The time spent in hospital and getting out of bed was shorterthan that of the control group. Satisfaction was higher than that of the controlgroup. The SAS and SDS score were lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Programmed pain nursing for patients with suppurativeappendicitis can significantly improve their postoperative pain, prolong theirsleep time, shorten the time of getting out of bed and staying in hospital, relievepatients’ bad mood, improve their satisfaction.
