移动护士工作站在临床护理工作中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Mobile Nurse Workstation in Clinical Nursing Work

目的探讨移动护士工作站在临护理工作中的应用,以提高临床护理工作质量和效率。方法对33个使用移动护士工作站的临床病区进行研究,将移动护士工作站技术应用于日常护理工作中,包括采集患者信息、执行医嘱、护理评估及护理方案、生成护理记录、核对及巡视等,比较使用前后护理质量、护理满意度、护理文件书写、护理专业知识水平等方面的变化。结果通过一系列移动护士工作站技术的应用,护理质量由(96.02±1.91)分提高至(97.53±1.94)分(P<0.01);护士用于护理文件书写的时间明显缩短(P<0.05);患者满意度由95.87%提高到98.47%;护士的专科理论知识平均分由(90.07±1.64)分上升到(91.52±1.90)分(P<0.01)。结论移动护士工作站的应用有效地提高了护士临床护理工作效率及护理质量,提高了患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application of mobile nurse workstation in clinical nursing work,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of clinical nursing work.Methods 33 clinical wards using mobile nurse workstation were studied.Mobile nurse workstation technology was applied to daily nursing work,including the collection of patient information,the implementation of medical orders,nursing evaluation and nursing programs,the generation of nursing records,verification and inspection,etc.The changes of nursing quality,nursing satisfaction,nursing document writing and nursing professional knowledge before and after use were compared.Results Through a series of application of mobile nurse workstation technology,the nursing quality increased from(96.02±1.91)points to(97.53±1.94)points(P<0.01);the time for nurses to write nursing documents was significantly shortened(P<0.05);patient satisfaction increased from 95.87%to 98.47%;the average score of specialized theoretical knowledge of nurses increased from(90.07±1.64)points to(91.52±1.90)(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of mobile nurse workstation can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of clinical nursing,return time to patients and improve patients’satisfaction.
