摘要
目的分析手术室细节护理在手术室护理安全中的应用效果。方法取2018年6月—2019年6月在医院手术室治疗的96例患者进行研究,按护理方法分为两组,对照组48例,实施常规护理干预,研究组48例,实施细节护理干预,观察对比两组的手术室护理安全、护理质量等。结果研究组的护理差错发生率为0,对照组为8.33%;研究组手术室风险事件发生率为4.17%,对照组为27.08%;研究组护患纠纷发生率为4.17%,对照组发生率为16.67%,研究组的手术室护理安全性更高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的手术室护理质量总评分为(96.44±2.19)分明显高于对照组为(81.03±3.15)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理应用于手术室护理安全中,有效减少护理差错,降低手术室风险事件,提高护理质量,促进护患良好关系发展。
Objective Analyze the application effect of operating room detail care in the safety of operating room care.Methods 96 patients who were treated in the operating room of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the nursing method,48 patients in the control group were used routine nursing intervention.48 patients in the study group were given detailed nursing intervention.Observe and compare the operating room safety and quality of care in the two groups.Results The incidence of nursing errors in the study group was 0,and that in the control group was 8.33%.The incidence of risk events in the study group was 4.17%,and that in the control group was 27.08%.The incidence of nursing disputes in the study group was 4.17%,and the incidence of the control group was 16.67%. The safety of the operating room in the study group was higher,and the difference between the two groups was (P < 0.05). The total qualityof operating room care quality of the study group was (96.44±2.19) point,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.03±3.15)point, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). ConclusionDetail nursing is used in the safety of operating room care, effectivelyreducing nursing errors, reducing operating room risk events, improvingthe quality of care, and promoting the development of good relationshipbetween nurses and patients.
