摘要
作为一种能将医学图像转换为高维、可挖掘数据的新技术,影像组学已广泛用于研究多种肿瘤,并建立了系统的工作流程。本研究对影像组学在卵巢癌诊断及分型、预后预测和分子生物学解释等方面的研究进展及其发展方向进行综述。
As a novel tool for conversion of medical images into high-dimensional,mineable data,radiomics has been widely used in a variety of tumor studies and established a systematic workflow.At present,radiomics has been used in the diagnosis,classification,prognosis prediction and molecular biological interpretation of ovarian cancer.The research progresses and trends of development of radiomics in ovarian cancer were reviewed in this article.
