Renewal Strategy of Historical District under the Concept of Shared Development:Taking Shenyang Fangcheng Historic District as an Example

当前共享经济蓬勃发展,共享发展理念逐步渗透到日常生活的方方面面。在此背景下,针对沈阳方城历史街区亟待解决的问题,提出了以共享为核心的更新理念并论证其可行性。研究方城街区公共空间和建筑空间的营造方式,探讨方城历史街区的更新策略,旨在为人们提供新的生活方式,激发方城独特的文化活力,构筑多元的沈阳方城历史街区。

Current sharing economy is booming, and the concept of sharing gradually permeates all aspects of daily life.In this context, based on the urgent problems to be solved in the historical district of Shenyang Fangcheng, the concept of updating with sharing as the core is proposed and its feasibility is demonstrated.Under this concept, this paper studies the construction methods of public space and architectural space in Fangcheng districts, and explores the renewal strategies of Fangcheng′s historic districts.It is intended to provide people with a new way of life, awaken the unique cultural vitality of Fangcheng, and build a diverse historic district of Shenyang Fangcheng.
