应用于磁耦合谐振无线传的串联电容式E类功率放大器设计 被引量:1

摘要 设计了一款工作于5 MHz的串联电容式E类功放。在该结构中,通过加载串联电容和并联谐振网络可实现对直流和谐波的抑制。最后得到功放的仿真效率为91.9%。对该功放进行了实物加工,经测试其效率为87%。并将该放大器应用于四线圈结构的磁耦合谐振无线传能系统中,在传输距离为40 cm时,无线传输效率为83.4%。
