江西省畜禽养殖信息技术应用现状及建议

Application Status and Suggestions of Livestock and Poultry Breeding Information Technology in Jiangxi Province

根据江西省12县(市、区)调查问卷,分析江西省畜禽养殖信息技术应用现状及存在的问题,结果表明:当前江西省畜禽养殖信息化建设中存在信息系统尚未与企业管理深度融合、缺少专职信息技术人才和企业对信息化项目投资的直接效益预期过高等问题,针对这些问题提出发展农业信息系统,畅通农业信息传递渠道;培养农业信息化人才,建设农业技术人才梯队;做好信息化示范基地建设,转变经营管理观念的建议。

According to the questionnaire of 12 counties(cities and districts)in Jiangxi Province,the application status and existing problems of livestock and poultry breeding information technology in Jiangxi Province were analyzed.The results show that there are some problems in the informatization of livestock and poultry breeding in Jiangxi Province at present,such as the lack of deep integration between the information system and enterprise management,the lack of full-time information technology professionals,and excessively high expectation of direct benefits of enterprise investment in informatization projects.In view of these problems,this paper proposed to develop agricultural information system and make agricultural information transmission channels unblocked;cultivate agricultural information professionals and build an echelon of agricultural professionals;make a good construction of informatization demonstration base and change the concept of operation and management.
