摘要
甘肃省地矿局在浙江省举办了“甘肃省地矿局地勘产业转型升级培训班”。本文从发展环境、发展现状、竞争领域、思想观念等四个维度,对比了浙江和甘肃两省地勘队伍的发展状况;从资金来源、人员结构、技术设备、思想观念以及体制机制等方面阐述了目前甘肃省地矿局在转型升级过程中可能遇到的现实问题;最后从政策把握、服务对象和领域、队伍建设、宣传、体制改革等方面提出了几点建议,以期在甘肃省地矿局转型升级的讨论中起到抛砖引玉的作用。
Gansu Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Exploration and Development held the"Geological exploration industry transformation and upgrading training course of Gansu Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Exploration and Development"in Zhejiang.This paper compares the development of geological exploration teams in Zhejiang and Gansu provinces from four dimensions,including development environment,development status,competitive field and ideology.This paper expounds the practical problems that Gansu Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Exploration and Development may encounter in the process of transformation and upgrading from the aspects of capital source,personnel structure,technical equipment,ideology and systems and mechanisms.Finally,the author puts forward some Suggestions from the aspects of policy control,service objects and fields,team construction,publicity and system reform,in order to play a role in the discussion on the transformation and upgrading of Gansu Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Exploration and Development under the new normal.
